BroadNet.AI AI hotel concierge

AI hotel concierge

One QR code for guest requests, sent straight to the team that handles them.

An AI hotel concierge answers guests by chat and routes requests to the team that handles them. Guests scan the code in their room and ask by chat or with a tap: towels, a repair, late checkout, dinner. Requests the concierge recognizes land in the right department's queue. The guest sees a time once a staff member takes the request; dining shows an arrival window once the kitchen confirms. Your front desk stops being the switchboard.

  • No app for guests

Room 417 · 11:40 PM

  1. Can we get two more pillows? And the AC is making a rattling noise.
  2. I've sent two pillows to Housekeeping, and I've sent the AC to Engineering. You'll see who's on each one right here.
  3. Housekeeping · Maria is on it · about 10 minutes
  4. Engineering · Sent · you will see here when someone takes it

Free setup · 30 days free · then $199 a month for up to 50 rooms, plus $3 per extra room · no contract

How do guest requests reach the right department?

  1. Guests scan one code

The QR code in the room opens that room's own page: chat, menu and services. No app, no sign-up. Chat replies in English, Spanish or Arabic, matching the guest. The menu and Services screens are currently English.

  2. The request goes to the team that does it

Extra pillows go to Housekeeping, a noisy AC to Engineering, late checkout to the front desk, dinner to in-room dining. Each department has its own queue, oldest first, on its own phone or tablet.

  3. The guest knows when

A named person takes it with a time: “Maria is on it, about 15 minutes.” The guest's page shows the status live until it's done.

Which hotel requests can it handle?

One concierge for the whole hotel, set up on your departments, menus and policies.

  • Room requests, routed

Housekeeping, engineering and front-desk requests go straight to the people who do the work. If the chat can't sort one, the guest picks the team in Services and describes it in their own words.

  • In-room dining with an arrival time

Guests order from your menu by chatting. They're told your kitchen's usual window, then the clock time once the kitchen confirms.

  • Late checkout by your policy

The concierge answers from your rules, whether it's free, a fee or not available, and the front desk approves or declines with one tap.

  • Response times for every department

Requests, open now, overdue now, median time to take and to finish, and the share taken on time. The front desk's load, measured.

  • Wedding and event inquiries, 24/7

A couple asks at 11:30 on a Saturday night. The concierge asks the date, guest count and budget, suggests open dates and the room that fits, and books a site visit. Sales finds a qualified lead in the morning.

  • Meeting rooms on one tap

A coffee refresh or AV help from the meeting room's own code, sent to your banquet team, not the front desk.

  • Your staff stay in charge

Staff screens work on any phone, tablet or computer, behind a PIN. Nothing to install, and each request shows who took it.

  • Private, fast, US-hosted

Guest messages are handled on our own AI servers in the US. A room's page shows only that room's own requests.

Questions hotels ask

What is an AI hotel concierge?

An AI hotel concierge answers guests by chat, day and night, and sends their requests to the teams that handle them. Ours works from one QR code in the room: guests ask for towels, a repair, late checkout or dinner, and Housekeeping, Engineering, the front desk or in-room dining gets it directly. The guest sees a time once a staff member takes the request; dining shows an arrival window once the kitchen confirms.

How much does it cost?

Setup is free and the first 30 days are free; they start the day your guests can first scan the codes. After that it's $199 a month for up to 50 rooms, plus $3 per extra room, with no contract. For example, a 120-room hotel pays $409 a month.

Do guests need an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone's camera and the room's page opens in the browser. No app, no sign-up, no password.

How long does setup take?

About two weeks. We set it up on your hotel: your departments, your menus, your policies and your hours.

Does it replace the front desk?

No. It takes the routing off the front desk. Requests go straight to the department that does the work, your staff stay in charge of every one, and the front desk keeps what is theirs, like late checkout and billing questions.

Does it need to connect to our property management system?

No. It runs beside the systems you already have. When a guest asks to charge something to the room, your front desk posts it, the same as a phone order.

What languages does it speak?

Chat is supported in English, Spanish and Arabic, the languages we test, and replies in the one the guest writes in. The menu and Services screens are currently English.

Can it handle wedding and event inquiries?

Yes. It answers wedding, event and meeting inquiries 24/7, asks the date, guest count and budget, suggests open dates and the room that fits, books a site visit, and hands your sales team a qualified lead.

Is guest data private?

Guest messages are handled on our own AI servers in the US. A room's page shows only that room's requests, and staff screens are protected by a PIN.
